30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms
We will provide refunds under the 30-day money-back guarantee within five business days in the following cases:
– The course was not used at all due to a technical failure on our side that prevented the user from accessing their account. If we resolve this within 48 hours, this case will not be valid for a refund.
We are not liable to provide refunds for reasons that sit outside these such as:
– You don’t like the platform
– You didn’t pass your exams
– You think the questions are too hard / easy
– You signed up by mistake
In order to claim a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchasing your course. Refund requests outside of this timeframe may not be considered.
